I’ve been living in the neighborhood for three years now and every year the association gets worse. The floor by the elevator has been broken for months and all they have done was put tape on it and it is a hazard!! The maintenance on the elevator has been expired since 2018 and it is very sketchy, it has no ac and it is always dirty and smells bad. The buildings are extremely neglected and the association is a cash grab. The parking situation is horrible, my car for some reason is banned and I have to walk 10 minutes to my car every day because if not you get booted!! It is outrageous

I have been living here for over twenty years and the association has progressively gotten worse. It makes me sad because this is a place I used to love and call home. The parking situation is horrible. I live in one of the apartments and was using the guest parking website for awhile. The other day I got booted even though I registered my car on time. I got banned from parking with no prior warning. I have been having to walk everyday to my apartment for ten minutes. Luckily a friend helped me out, or if not I would be in worse situations like I know other people are in. If you are a single person or couple then you’re safe to live here but if not look somewhere else, this is not the place for you.

Association is terrible, all they do is try to find ways to take money from you. Let’s start by not having offices near but all the way in Palmetto Bay. People have jobs and the timing in this country is too limited to be driving to register a car unless you want to not be able to drive the next day. The boot system is the biggest thievery in the entire neighborhood, they’re quick to put a boot in your car even when the association messes up and removes your registered car. Had to miss my dr appointment today because of this and they take over an hour to come and take off the boot, after living here for almost 15 years it’s just frustrating. The security guard doesn’t even stay the entire night and that’s why vehicles turn up without tires the next morning. The pool is always being used by the landscaping people and makes women uncomfortable because they won’t stop looking. It gets worse every year so try not to rent here unless you want to have issues every other day.

They boot cars excessively here if you register it it can expire overnight and you can get booted, even if you live there you’re not safe your car can get booted if you’re in a guest spot and not your assigned spot, if your guests park in your assigned spot they get booted, during the start of the pandemic cars got booted for being parked in the same space for 2 days or more even though nobody was going anywhere. It’s 65 every time and when you call them to take the boot off they don’t answer for about half an hour and still have to drive there from off site. Don’t move here this place is ridiculous.

This place is horrible. The people from the association are unfriendly, annoying and the like to meddle in everyone's business. The parking situation is deplorable. Every apartment has only one designated spot, but most people have more than one car so they need to park in the guest parking, and as result guests and residents are always competing for parking. Some residents simply park on a guest because its closer to their apartment, thus leaving less available parking for those of us who have multiple cars. Sometimes I spend up to 45 minutes trying to park. Of course, the people from management have two assigned parking spaces. After 9 PM finding parking is nearly impossible. I live in building D and sometimes I have to park by Home Depot (the other end of the complex). They're always repairing something or closing big parts of the parking areas for "maintenance," but the improvement is never seen. I am thankfully moving out soon. Horrible, just horrible.
