Blume Coral Gables

We enjoy living here. The building is in a great location within walking distance of Miracle Mile, restaurants, and shops. Management is doing a great job maintaining the property and is responsive and attentive to tenants.

Blume Apartments is in an excellent location and is very walkable to just about anywhere in Coral Gables. The staff has been incredibly helpful with my living situation. Bryce has assisted me with any issues I’ve had and is always responsive and professional.

Since moving in I noticed how much I love the view. It just feels so freeing and calming to go out on the balcony to take some time for myself. I also am able to have my cat with me so that’s a nice plus. The pool is also very clean and the fitness center is more than enough to keep me going back. The staff team is phenomenal as well, always friendly faces.

I’ve been living at Blume Coral Gables for a while now, and the recent change in management has been nothing short of amazing! The new team is incredibly professional, friendly, and dedicated to making this a great place to live. Since the new management took over, there’s been a noticeable improvement in both the overall appearance of the property and the level of service. The common areas are always clean and well-maintained, and whenever I have a maintenance issue, it’s addressed quickly and efficiently. What really stands out is how communicative and approachable the management team is. They keep residents updated on any changes, events, and improvements, and you can tell they genuinely care about making the community feel like home.

Blume Coral Gables, consistently delivers first class service and living accommodations without the bougie enactment so commonly found around Miami. Design of the units provide a home atmosphere vibe, rather than a generic box type design. The views from our unit are picturesque and breathtaking. Included amenities: full size pool, and fitness gym. Publix Supermarket is directly across the street, deliveries are also available after hours from Dashers, & UberEats, and the playground :) for the kids (with security), along with regulation tennis courts are within a short walking distance from the property. Shops, beaches, malls, restaurants, entertainment, and highways are all very easily accessible. Comfortable Miami living without a tourist type feel, while still close enough to everything wonderful Miami has to offer. I personally have never been fond of apartment living, but The Blume has changed my outlook considerably for the better. As a family, we enjoy living here. Two indispensable points I also need to make here are: 1) The new installation of the HD front entrance notification system, and 2) The day to day building management responsibilities meet and exceed my expectations continuously thanks to Mabel & Maria. Kudos, you are both appreciated. Keep up the good work!
