This apartment complex is dirty, ratchet, and unprofessional as heck. The people in the office obviously do not like where they work and have bad customer service. The valet trash is not optional (they do not pick up trash consistently), the pool does not get cleaned, there is just too much to write. Do not move here.

When we toured the apartment, everything looked great. The unit was freshly painted and made an excellent first impression. Unfortunately, many of the issues that matter most cannot be discovered during a brief walkthrough. Within our first month living here, we submitted 26 maintenance requests for problems including plumbing issues, clogged drains, pest control, defective doors and locks, electrical outlet problems, appliance issues, and other maintenance deficiencies throughout the apartment. What was most frustrating was that some issues required multiple requests because they either returned or were not fully resolved the first time. As a resident, I did not expect to spend my first month constantly opening maintenance tickets and following up on repairs. Many of these problems were completely hidden during the tour. Fresh paint may make an apartment look attractive, but it does not reveal pest issues, plumbing problems, faulty outlets, drainage issues, or the overall condition of the unit. Adding to my disappointment, while we were still dealing with these maintenance problems, management sent an email encouraging residents to leave a 5-star Google review in exchange for entry into a raffle for a $100 gift card. I encourage prospective tenants to ask detailed questions about maintenance history, pest control, recurring repair issues, and the actual condition of the unit before signing a lease. Our experience during the first month was very different from the impression presented during the tour.

Great place to live!!!

Just moved in Friday! Wild Roosters run wild and wake people up at 5! My apartment is infested with little dirty roaches! They say they will get to it Tuesday and don’t care! Writing all over the wall, no washer and dryer! But I’m paying a monthly fee for pest control! Lots of issues with when I checked in! They were terrible at showing up for a tour, stood me up many times! Please don’t waste your time and hard earned money on this dump! They got me! Wished I never moved here! This place is terrible! Killed many more finally started taking pics of them! They don’t care here, better not tell them and hurt their feelings! Please please find somewhere else this place is a disaster! Whoever owns and operates this property should be ashamed of themselves for doing the residents this way!

The recent spate of 5 star reviews are, at least in part, the result of a $100 giveaway which required evidence of a 5-star review to be entered. This skewing is the only reason I felt prompted to leave a review. Coincidentally, I have water dripping from the ceiling of 3 separate rooms (only slightly more discolored than the water that comes through the faucets). The apartments are in a fantastic, super quiet location. Had small parts stolen off my car (while parked right in front of my apartment) but otherwise no theft issues. Laundry facilities are per floor, and locked by key fob (great for security since I think there had been a homeless person staying in one of them prior) but my floor's laundry machines have been out of service for more than half a year. The company that runs the laundry machines had been out to check the machines at the start of November, and simply tagged the machines as out of service rather than fixing them. There's also just 2 machines per floor, so you may want to just plan on going to a laundromat. Stairway often reeks of piss, though you can avoid it by taking the elevator, which is usually kept quite clean, even if it is worn.
