Maintenance team is incredibly professional always available and friendly. They go about and beyond any time we have a request. They are fast taking care of any issue. I am very please with their services.👍

This building is in an unacceptable state of neglect. The management shows a complete lack of responsibility and maintenance. The elevator has been broken for months, the laundry facilities do not work, and maintenance requests are constantly ignored. The level of dirtiness is shocking: there are cockroaches and pests everywhere, roosters walking freely around the property, and the pool is always dirty — often with animal waste surrounding it. The building has no paint, the walls and hallways are filthy, and there is no pest control or proper cleaning supervision at all. It is outrageous to charge rent for living in such conditions. Immediate action is required. The residents deserve a clean, safe, and properly managed place to live. We urgently ask management and property owners to take responsibility and resolve these issues now.

I’ve had a great experience living at Biscayne Apartments! The management and maintenance teams are responsive and truly care about residents, any issues I’ve had were addressed quickly and professionally. The apartments themselves are spacious, and comfortable with great layouts. The location is super convenient. It's close to shopping, restaurants, and major highways. A special shout out to Jorge, the leasing agent. He has been absolutely amazing. From the first tour to move in and every question since, Jorge has gone above and beyond. He’s friendly, professional, patient, and makes everything feel easy. Overall, Biscayne Apartments has been a wonderful place to call home, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well managed place to live.

I lived here for 3 years and had a positive experience. I loved the location and amenities the community offered. The office staff and maintenance were always responsive. Whole foods, Starbucks, and shopping centers nearby made it feel convenient and easy to get essentials. My building was quiet, clean, and I had no issues. I will always recommend this complex to friends and friends.

Worst place I've lived! never rent here! COCKROACHES ARE EVERYWHERE AND ADMINISTRATION DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT. Everywhere is dirty. The gate never works. every week at 8 am they start cutting the grass. I repeat once again this is the worst place to live. in my apartment there were about 200 cockroaches. I moved out early because they don't fix the cockroach problem and they want me to pay them about $2000 for it. Only one who works there is Jorge. he needs to be made a manager there and then something can change, everyone else doesn’t give a damn about you!
