I will let the photos speak for themselves. I’m glad I moved out in December but I have yet to receive my deposit back. Either I am getting no response or they tell me that the check is “on the way”. That was almost 3 weeks ago and now they’re back to ignoring emails again. On top of that I had ongoing AC and high humidity issues for the whole time I’ve lived there. And my fob randomly stopped working and I couldn’t lock my apartment for over a day. It’s dirty and stinky everywhere.

I’ve been a resident in this building since June 2024, and I’ve had unresolved AC and humidity issues from the beginning. Despite multiple maintenance visits and follow-ups that have been ongoing for almost a year, the issue still hasn't been resolved. I’ve documented indoor humidity levels consistently between 67% and 75%, and my AC often fails to bring the temperature down to the thermostat setting, even after hours of running. These conditions have affected my sleep and health, including ongoing congestion and general discomfort in the unit. I use a standalone thermometer and hygrometer device, which is accurate within ±1°F and ±3–5% humidity. The data has shown a consistent pattern over time, not isolated events. In addition, I was never informed that my key FOB would expire after one year, even though my lease was longer. As a result, I was unable to lock my apartment for over a full day & night and received no warning, no apology, and no compensation. This raised serious concerns about how resident safety and communication are managed. I’ve tried to work through this issue directly and patiently, including coordinating with external inspectors and providing detailed documentation, but I’ve faced repeated delays, vague responses, and an unwillingness to share the full results of professional inspections. After everything I’ve experienced, I no longer feel comfortable living under these conditions - especially considering the rent I’m paying and the lack of resolution over such a long period of time. Moved in march as was immaculate. Over the course of few months…. Complete downfall. No cleaning. No maintenance. No service. The leasing staff are arrogant and don’t help with a single thing. Pool is a peee pool. Pee and vonit Stan’s on every hallway. Gym hasn’t been updated. Mold everywhere. But will send a fee for rent if you pay on the 2nd of the month. Don’t move here

No longer luxury living. The building has NO MANAGEMENT company, and the ownership Moinian Group (feel free to Google them and check BBB compliants) has not paid a cleaning company in over 7 weeks to service the building and have a very bad reputation. The front drive is a POOL OF URINE, the smell is hazardous, and we/residents bring the nasty bacteria with us to our homes when we come in/out. Truly embarrassing to bring guests over. Trash has not been picked up in weeks from the trash rooms, gym/amenities has not been cleaned in over 7 weeks. Sent emails, voicemails, 0 response, 0 action, but they did have the time to send a “Rent Due December 1st Reminder”, with 0 discount on rent even though they charge us for trash and amenities on top of high rent.
