Aliro Apartments

DO NOT STAY HERE. This has been one of the worst living experiences we’ve ever had. Twice we woke up in the morning with NO WATER and management communication was basically nonexistent. There is also a serious cockroach/bugs infestation that clearly isn’t being properly dealt with. The passcodes for the building constantly stop working or get changed with absolutely no communication, leaving residents locked out of their own homes. Cleaning staff have knocked on doors unexpectedly at 6:45am, which is ridiculous and incredibly disruptive. Our car was even towed while parked in a VISITOR spot, and the staff were completely useless and unhelpful when we tried to resolve it. The parking gates are unreliable and often don’t work, and there seems to be no real security because anyone can drive into the property. The communication from management is terrible overall. Nobody seems to know what’s going on, nobody takes responsibility, and residents are treated like an inconvenience. To top it all off, they moved us out of one apartment into another because of their own management issues and gave us LESS THAN 24 HOURS notice to pack up and move. The noise around the area is unbearable too- engines revving all through the night and early morning make it almost impossible to sleep properly. We will never stay here again. We would genuinely rather pay more money to live somewhere that offers basic human living conditions and competent management. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place.

2 months in and I'm loving it. Michelle from the leasing office is always welcoming and helpful in addressing my needs as a new resident. The platinum apt is on point...clean. Maintainance came and fixed all the items I noted after my initial walk-through when I got my keys.

Have really enjoyed living here. The staff is so nice and the events are always so welcoming and thoughtful. Danny is always so helpful and cheerful when they do the resident events.

This place is fun and all the events that they have are amazing

Aliro has been a great experience for me. Besides being very peaceful, the amenities are excellent, and they organize many activities for both children and adults! I enjoy living here.
