The View at Waters Edge

It's a good price. They have all of the amenities that you would want from an apartment complex. In some ways, you get what you pay for. For example, none of my plates fit in the cupboard!! Something that feels so simple. It's bewildering and wildly inconvenient. I purchased new plates, and they only fit if you tilt them sideways to get them in and out. Since you need room to tilt them, you can only stack them so high. They have in-unit washers and driers which is super handy but be prepared to dry everything multiple times as they don't work all that great. I have lived in multiple buildings of theirs now and some of them are nice and quiet, but others are quite noisy. Do not move here if you don't like pets or children. Overall, it seems like a safe place and well-lit at night. They consider it a gated community but over the years I've been there, the gate is out of operation about 50% of the time. It's pretty cool to have access to a body of water and I look forward to enjoying that more. Like I mentioned, it's a good value for what you pay for. Just expect all of the normal "landlord special" types of things like cheap flooring, imperfect walls, and loads of fresh paint that "fixes" everything. Lastly, I am happy to report that I've never experienced any bug issues here which seem to be a big problem in FL.

I looked at several apartment complexes and as far as upkeep and staff, this property was the clear frontrunner. Gabby, the assistant property manager was super responsive, listened to everyone of my questions & went above and beyond. What a pleasure to work with! Thank you Gabby!

It's a great place!!!! Starting from the ladies at the club house to the maintenance guys. Everyone is amazing. I waited a few months after moving in to write this review. 4 months into my lease, all I can say is this is a great place to live. The facilities are well taken care of and there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy them.

Great place to live! Multiple lake views, nice trails for small walks, and friendly staff. Rachel is marvelous, super nice and professional. Jay seems great as well. Very dog friendly neighborhood and I love how they have something new every month on the newsletters. Loving the 24/7 neighborhood mini mart too. Keep in mind I don't look for perfection when it comes to apartments, there are always hiccups with any apartment building community, I've lived at and been to quite a few. This place tho is like an affordable resort that you can make a home out of. The wildlife (large green trees, beautiful big ducks with there adorable babies) will undo a bit of the hardwork of the staff, like when they pressure washed the stairs and walkways of the buildings recently. But you win some and lose some. The wins out do the the loses of this community for sure. They have tons of facilities like the pool, gym, volleyball sand court, play ground and tennis court. I haven't used it but you could rented a kayak to go down the river one of the lakes connect to. I'm sure you'll enjoy. I hear you could stop by a restaurant called the Hive on the river. As for trash, if you're willing to do your part to stay clean then it's not an issue. People be people. If you're a friendly and good neighbor, this could be your home for a bit too.

We have lived here for 3 months and we are delighted. The best condo if you have dogs and want to have places to walk and play sports. The lobby and maintenance staff are 10.
