The Park at Palazzo Apartment Homes

My daughter lives here and it’s a very up kept quiet community. The ladies at the office, Amanda and Chloe are very professional and humble. They are always having community events that are fun. They always puts there hearts into them which is why they are always a success. The most recent event was Valentines Day. They had a delicious spread of food and desserts. They had good music playing. And an opportunity for the us to meet and mingle with our neighbors. The maintenance crew is also great and polite. Thank you Park at Palazzo for having such great employees.

The Park at Palazzo Apartments has truly been a great place to live, and if our family wasn’t growing, we honestly wish we didn’t have to leave. The community is well cared for, and the overall experience here has been positive from start to finish. Chloe deserves special recognition. Lease endings can be stressful, and I’ll be the first to admit I’m an anxious person, but she handled everything with so much patience, understanding, and kindness. She made me feel heard and human, not like just another tenant or a “problem.” She walked me through the process in a way that eased my anxiety and made sure we were leaving on good terms, which meant a lot to me.

Please read this whole review you wont want to miss this if youre considering renting here. On the walkthrough they make it look amazing. But the model unit they show you wont look remotely close to what you actually get. The maintenance process sucks and half the time they dont respond to work orders. They have a bunch of stray cats running around the property and Im sure my dog caught fleas from them. The trash compactor is broken every other month & theres a mountain of garbage at the front entrance. Fbi also raided an apartment on the grounds recently. They have a plethora of issues they never acknowledge but they wont hesitate to send out hundreds of pointless emails about a bunch of issues other than the ones they need to handle. The front office staff are a pleasure until you sign your lease. After that getting help is damn near impossible. Dont waste your money here. If you do, Dont say you werent warned.

Anthony handled our AC emergency with real urgency. With a one-week-old baby in the house and temperatures headed into the 90s, the situation could have gotten serious fast. Less than an hour after we submitted the request, he was at our door. He quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed what was needed, and had the system cooling again before the heat became overwhelming. Even brought a new air filter which we’ve been chasing for a few weeks. He worked efficiently, explained what he was doing, and checked to make sure everything worked. The fast response and thorough work made all the difference for our family, and it deserves to be recognized.

We moved here from Texas and had a full online move in process all done over phone with Sue and she was great. We moved in March 15th and I haven't noticed any complaints I've seen prior. We were welcomed to the area by several of the residents, the staff was welcoming and made the move in easy. During move in our only complaint was our fridge front where the "Water, ice and crushed" is. The temp sensors kept beeping non stop 24 hours for about a week or two. Once we notified them it took about 3-4 days before it was fully resolved and took two visits. Other than that, it's pretty clean and quiet. I guess it just depends where you get in the complex maybe? The amenities are good. 1.) 2 Dog parks 2.) Car vacuum station and pet wash 3.) Pool/hot tub 4.) Gym, basketball court, yoga room 5.) Outside sand volleyball area The cost is a tad much but if you really broke it down, it does include Internet/TV to. My personal plus was it has a functioning trash compactor. I personally hate valet trash so I try to avoid complexes that use it. Edited this review as my experiences with the work orders like other reviews have been horrendous. It's now been a solid week without a functioning washer for clothes. We submitted one for our dishwasher, they never showed and just cleared it as completed weeks later after I fixed it myself. Everyday there's a reason which I understand some... "Down to one maintenance person" "Air conditioners first".... Firstly if your down to one THAT long... Maybe time to hire more considering the rent is so high here. Plus, they had plenty of time to dedicate a full day to spreading mulch on property and when I confronted them they said it was on their days off. Edit #2! The washing machine incident ended with the return of the amazing Sue! She came back to the property in the office and had maintenance over to fix it in 10 minutes. Since then we haven't had any issues and they have done what they could for staffing. Cost is still a wee high. My only complaints now haven't been with the property itself rather than the people. But, that's apartment living. I grant them, 4 stars now!
