The best apartment complex Ive lived in so far! Melanie is the greatest and is always helpful regardless of how busy she may be. She is so kind and always greats me when she sees me walking around.

When looking for apartments, Lyndsey was an amazing leasing agent and was very knowledgeable to every question I asked! She made the usual process of apartment hunting super easy! Living here since has been great!

I’ve lived at Mirrorton even before construction began (going on 5/6years) it was just slabs on concrete and remember leasing office was up and the pool they showed us models signed my lease right then and there I knew how special this place was going to be and was not wrong at all!! Melanie is helpful, kind, always goes above and beyond for residents. Any time I’ve had a question or needed help with something, she has always been responsive, professional, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find someone in property management who truly takes the time to make residents feel heard and supported, and Melanie does exactly that. The entire Mirrorton team provides top tier customer service and it really shows in how smoothly everything runs here. Mirrorton is hands down the best place to live in Downtown Lakeland!! I LOVE LIVING HERE!!! Don’t plan on leaving anytime soon!! I highly recommend Mirrorton to anyone a majority of my family and friends have moved here the community is beautiful it’s a Lakeland gem!

Staff is awesome, location is unbeatable! Tonya in maintenance is great! We have lived in many different homes that we owned and rented and we have had the best time at Mirrorton apts, from the pool & grill to walking to the joinery and downtown Lakeland for the 5 star restaurant 1961. Love it ! Would recommend to anyone!

Lyndsey, Melanie and Judy were the best leasing agents ever. They made the leasing process so easy and smooth and made sure we understood everything about the lease. Especially Judy, she explained the lease documents in detail. Apartments are clean and the area is close to the downtown area. Enjoying it so far!
