Marina Bay Apartments

I used to live there until recently , I stayed over last weekend visiting a friend and someone broke my cars window, but since there’s not cameras there’s nothing anyone can do. Part of the reason I left was due to security , we had random kids coming over the weekend vandalizing the property , people parking overnight and sleeping in their cars and doing drug deals. Since there’s no gate or security cameras , people come at night and do as they please , over a year ago I even reported a gun found in the parking lot . The staff and the residents aren’t an issue here , it’s the company not caring for the residents security

I’ve been living at Marina Bay Apartments for a while and it’s been a great experience overall. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and always willing to help with maintenance requests or any questions. The location is super convenient — close to stores, restaurants, and the beach. The amenities are also a big plus — the pool area is beautiful, and the gym is always clean and not overcrowded. Parking is easy, and I always feel safe walking around the complex, even at night. A special thank you to Darien, the manager, for always being professional, kind, and helpful. He truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and taken care of. If you’re looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to live with great management and a nice community vibe, Marina Bay Apartments is definitely worth checking out!

I lived in this apartment and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was spacious, well-maintained, and had great amenities. The property manager was exceptional. The property manager was always professional, responsive, and quick to address any issues. Their dedication really made a difference in creating a positive living environment. I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere.

So far all staff are very nice and receptive. When I arrived here there was a problem with the elevator schedule time but the staff were able to solve everything quickly and made it very easy for me to keep going with my moving. The building maintenance looks good and the apartment as well. I didn't notice any noise or loud neighbors so far. I'm happy with my new home and I feel comfortable in the building. Office Manager is kind and professional, as well as staff from the leasing office as well. Thank you

I been a resident at marina Bay for a year and had a wonderful experience transitioning into this apartment complex and working with their leasing office. The staff helped tremendously and were more than flexible when it came to the moving process. The complex already feels like home. Highly recommend.
