We WERE looking to short-term rent a condo here for 2 1/2 mos; their application process is absolutely insane! They want job references, personal references, photos of your vehicle (all angles!) and license plate info and copy Fox your vehicle registration… It takes several weeks our application fell through the cracks which caused us to miss out on other great possible properties! We were told all was well then we were declined presumably for a speeding ticket My husband got seven years ago. (or they are racist!) there’s literally no other possibility…. ) Waste of time and money. Highly disorganized, unable to reach anyone! They did us a favor- despite to being only for 2 1/2 mos for work, we’re glad not to be under their thumb- I can imagine you breathe the wrong way or wear the wrong color bathing suit and the community/ HOA will be in an uproar!
