The Aubrey at Seaside Apartments

I had such a great experience working with Mia! From the moment She was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to what I was looking for. She took the time to show me multiple layouts, answered all of my questions, and helped me compare floor plans. What really stood out was how well she listened. She paid attention to my preferences and helped me choose an apartment that fits my needs. The entire process felt smooth and stress free because of her organization and clear communication. Moving can be overwhelming, but the team at Aubrey made it easy. I’m so happy with my choice and grateful for their guidance. I would absolutely recommend working with them to anyone looking for a new home!

Moved in site-unseen from Nashville. Alicia (Asst Property Mgr) was the rock star who helped me decide to move to Aubrey and I'm so glad she did! The property is beyond gorgeous. I still can't believe I live here! She was on a tour when I first arrived, but had everything ready for me with Kim and I was very warmly welcomed. I really like the vibe of the leasing and maintenace staff. That's important. Since I've move in, I've had a couple minor requests for maintenance to update to make it a perfectly new-feeling apartment and Andy (Maintenance) has gone above and beyond to get those things taken care of for me right away. Really nice guy and great at his job. So aside, from the property being beautiful, I don't think the walls are paper-thin like I read in a previous review. I can faintly hear footsteps upstairs and if someone has kids in the hall maybe, but nothing I wouldn't expect in a shared community. My only hangup is the elevators in our building, because I'm already claustrophic, so the creaky elevators freak me out, but that's literally it — nothing is perfect in life. I'll take it!

Love living in this space. It’s kept clean and they are interested in taking care of the apartments. Respectful community (mostly - there are a few who don’t pick up their dog 💩 - nothing that shaming them won’t fix 😉). The staff is awesome and supportive. We will never leave.

The tour was phenomenal. The apartment is gorgeous. And Body is very gracious and knowledgeable. He takes his time and isn’t pushy. He answered every single question without judgment or hesitation. I can’t reccomend this place enough! I hope to move in soon! Brian

Very pleasant move in experience. The management Sharlene, and all her staff is super nice and helpful. The place is spotless and every neighbor I met is friendly. It’s a beautiful place to live. Best way to wake up and have your morning coffee 😊 Update a few months we have moved in and we couldn’t be happier! The Aura has a wonderful management and nice people living here. 😃Update being the 3rd year in - we still love living here, Sharlene is managing Aura in an outstanding way! Keeping everyone happy, the place spotless is not an easy task - but she does it with keeping a smile on her face!
