Very nice, friend lives here. Only complaint is gate code/entry; guest parking is far from certain apartments, but seems to be decent amount.

1 start is too much for this place. The only reason I’ve lived here for 2 years almost, is due to my sister’s school being park vista. I’m a single woman, living with my pet who travels a lot for work and every time I’m back, there’s always something different going on. Parking is a big issue here, even when you have a 3 bedroom unit, only 2 cars allowed, and management is just the worst and the most rude set of people ever, with a “I’m better than you attitude” and treat the renters like a piece of trash, as if we weren’t paying to live there and they were doing us a favor… and get this, if you wanted to complain about the property manager, you would complain about management with the manager.. what a democracy! People smoke weed everywhere and you can’t do anything about it, and if you report it to management, they will tell you they can’t do anything about it either nor do they want to, and the police is always in and out. A bike of mine was stolen from the forced “parking lot for bicycles” that they harass everyone about. Having guests here is impossible because you are always being harassed for something. And most units are owned by people that rent them out, so it’s a constant monopoly. They will go into your home “checking for leaks” giving you only a day or 2 notice, like they own the place.

Purchased a condo in this development a few months ago, and so far its been phenomenal. The development itself is very well kept and maintained - it also feels VERY peaceful and safe. While my unit was a little dinged up due to the previous occupant who was a renter, repairs and cleanups went smoothly. The office staff was wonderfully helpful during the move-in with getting everything setup with the HOA, access cards, etc. and to this day they're very friendly and approachable. Also, if you're a fan of The Hobbit, architecturally believe me you'd love this place! :)

Saint Andrews at Boynton Beach is a condo development where units are owned by individuals. Many are owned by investors who rent them out on an annual basis. Short term / vacation rentals are not allowed. There are one, two, and three bedroom apartments in Saint Andrews. All of them have an assigned parking spot. Some units also have garages. Rentals range in price as follows. 1/1 - $1000 to $1300 2/2 - $1400 to $1700 3/2 - $1600 to $1900 The range largely depend on if the unit has been remodeled or is original. Attached to this review are images from a 3br apartment that is completely renovated. Saint Andrews is located in one of the most sought after school districts in Palm Beach County. The property is located right across the street from Park Vista High school. Also walking distance to the West Boynton Park and recreation center. Saint Andrews has a beautiful clubhouse, fitness center, pool, and hot tub. The property management on site is outstanding. The staff is friendly and helpful.

If i could give negative stars I would. Don’t move here. Yes, it looks beautiful (which it is) But the negatives definitely outweigh the positives. I lived here for 3 years. Management is EXTREMELY rude. All of them. The women are ignorant and disrespectful and have the attitude of “I’m better than you.” When my boyfriends motorcycle got a flat, he parked it in a spot overnight until he could get a spare tire the next day. When he came out the next morning, they had slapped a sticker on to tow it. When he went to management they degraded his vehicle calling it embarrassing and ugly. Next, we lived upstairs and or neighbor below was definitely selling drugs. I’m taking cars coming in like a drive thru. DAILY. All day. I couldn’t even go out on my patio because the stench of pot. AND my daughters bedroom (4 months old) reeked of weed. I couldn’t even put her in there at times. The kids were distruptivs. Leaving alcohol bottles all over- broken bottles all over the place, blasting music at all hours of the day. I approached management and they basically told me there was nothing they could or were willing to do. I personally moved to this condo thinking it was safe and gated. What’s safe about 20 ish random cars full of random kids coming in to the complex everyday? To buy drugs? I personally felt very unsafe. Especially with them playing with pellet guns- whose to say they weren’t real guns and one accidentally came into my condo? I cannot wait to move out of this place. The management is more concerned with you having plants on your patio and not “asking first” than helping deal with very real problems. Unless you want to be bothered by management about what’s your on patio, and okay with random people coming in and out throughout the day and living with drug dealers- i would look for a place to live elsewhere.
