Solé at the Palm Beaches

We had one of the worst experiences, and I felt it was important to take the time to leave this review. I have visited several apartment communities, but the level of discrimination and poor service shown by the staff toward one of my friends was unacceptable. We waited for approximately 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Eventually, the Assistant Manager came out and, with an unfriendly attitude, told us to hurry because he did not have much time. He assisted us while sitting on the edge of his desk and still chewing his food, apparently from his lunch. On the way to the model apartment, he did not speak to us at all. He did not show us the amenities or make any effort to explain the community. When we arrived at the model and I asked to see another unit, he had the audacity to say that he had important things to do and did not know if he could. I told him that we were important too. He then took us from the three-bedroom model to the two-bedroom model, again without speaking to us, asking any questions, or making any effort to assist us. When I asked about another model, he handed me his phone dismissively and said, “There it is, look.” As we were leaving, he walked ahead of us and simply said, “If there is nothing else, have a good day.” I have lived in this country for 30 years, and I have never felt so uncomfortable, unwelcome, and discriminated against by someone who shares similar circumstances to mine. This was a terrible experience and a very disappointing reflection of the community.

Living at Edera in Palm Springs is a dream come true. The office staff, maintenance department and everyone connected to the community goes above and beyond. The neighborhood is very well kept and the residence are kind and friendly.

Very good overall, except for the alcohol consumption in front of children. I think they should improve on that, or at least be more discreet. People drinking beer in the pool and the music being too loud—sometimes or always, you can't hear your own music—are also issues. I think to get a high score they need to address the alcohol consumption and the loud music, especially since there are children present.
