Emerald Lake Apartments

Today I walked in and had the most pleasant experience with Michell! Apartment hunting nowadays can be very stressful but when we walked in there (mind you, this was us walking in without an appointment), she greeted us so kindly. She asked us what our needs/wants were and literally broke everything down for us to better understand- she was so transparent! Transparency is key 💯 Her attitude was GREAT and we really appreciate her for taking the time to explain everything especially with us just walking in to inquire without an appointment (something that a lot of places require). This is the first place we’ve come to so far that the staff was so nice, thank you so much Michell! I would like to add to this review. I went back and had a pleasant visit with Alexis! She was wonderful, took us on tour and it was a great tour! She showed us around the community and answered any questions we had. She was also transparent with us which made us comfortable and confident that this is a good place to rent. She also remembered everything that we mentioned to her during tour and made notes for us in their system, which was quite impressive. She’s wonderful just like Michell! The attitudes of these 2 ladies was so wonderful & I recommend to anyone out there looking for a new place. Definitely stop by and check it out, they won’t disappoint. 10/10 recommend!

Our experience with Alexis was great she helped us with the move in process in one day. Helped us with the tour and guided us with the application approval process. She is super nice and friendly ! She made our experience a 10/10!

Throughout the entire process from start to finish Norda has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She assisted me with the leasing paperwork, and made sure all of my questions were answered during the tour of the apartment. The best place to live! The apartments are beautiful, comfortable, so clean and have excellent sizes and appliances. The neighborhood are so quite. The management is special and lovely, thanks for all to Dafne and the rest of the team. I would like to live here more time but I've to move to another city, that's the only reason why I'm Ieaving now. I'll hope to come back soon and live here one more time.
