Manaca was 20 minutes late to our 11am showing. Said to show up five minutes early and we waited until 11:15 before leaving. Bad look !!!!

I’m really disappointed in this place. I came in on a Wednesday. I wanted to tour an apartment they were advertising on their website. The base rent being 1850 come to find out I come in and they say their lowest rent is 2135. They explained to me that it’s 2135 because they’re doing a promotion for 15 month lease for two months free the lady at the front was kind of standoffish. I asked her why they were advertising lower rent online and she didn’t really give me a reason. I asked her if I could still get the rent for 1850 if I were to only sign a 12 month lease and she said no I went to the place right next-door at the mid residencies and they were charging 1725 and they have a pool in their community. I just find it unfair that they’re advertising a price on their own website not even on a third-party website and then charging 2135 for a one bedroom. I really like the amenities and the place is really beautiful, but that was ridiculous.

I recently toured this property and wanted to share a few observations for anyone considering moving in. The information presented online (Zillow, the property website, and social listings) did not match the pricing or floor plan details given in person. The quoted rent, square footage, and even the unit names were different from what is advertised publicly. There was also no formal quote sheet provided after the tour — the pricing was simply written out in an email, and the numbers did not match what appears online. This made it difficult to verify accuracy or compare units. Additionally, some amenities shown online appeared more complete than what I saw during the tour. The rooftop and model unit felt unfinished or minimally staged. I do want to note that Monica was very kind and helpful. She seems extremely overworked and is doing the best she can with what she has. This review is not directed at her — she was professional and pleasant throughout my visit. My concerns are primarily related to management, transparency, and the inconsistencies between what is advertised and what is presented in person. I’d recommend that anyone interested make sure to double-check all details in writing and confirm that pricing and square footage match what is advertised before applying.

i am so excited for my lease to be ending in a few weeks, i’ve lived here for 14 months and not one good thing to say. the most annoying part of living here has been my upstairs neighbors and management doing NOTHING about the noise. i’ve filed multiple noise complaints and only got a response once, they just told me to call the police. we have assigned parking spots that no one follows, if someone is parked in you spot you have to park somewhere else, and then your car gets towed! the app they use to buzz in the doors never works. the elevators are always broken. just something always wrong with this place. most importantly, don’t live here if you like peace and quiet because you absolutely won’t get that since the walls are paper thin, they won’t do anything about people blasting music and throwing parties at all times of the night.
