I’ve lived in West Palm Beach for the past 15 years, and during that time I’ve moved every year or two. I had honestly never found an apartment complex with both a great atmosphere and an amazing management team—until now. This place is truly a 20/10. The staff is always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Anytime you walk into the office with an issue, they make sure it gets resolved before you leave. The property manager, Milena, and her assistant, Farima, are absolutely amazing. They truly care about the residents, take pride in their work, and go above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. The property is always clean, well-kept, and the apartments are maintained exceptionally well. Unlike some of the reviews I’ve seen, I’ve personally never had any issues with clogged toilets or maintenance problems. Overall, my experience here has been excellent, and I would recommend this community 200% to anyone looking for a great place to live.

A pleasant place with attractive buildings, ample parking, very clean and freshly painted, with beautiful views and amenities including a gym and swimming pool. The rental price of its modern apartments is quite affordable.
