Chelsea Commons Apartments

I moved out in September due to issues with who I was living with. Upon my move out, I signed a roommate release form which I verified was acceptable and placed into the file for the unit. However, after everybody else who lived in the unit moved out at a later date, I got a bill for move out costs and now they have placed these move out costs on my credit report. Even after calling several times I cannot get an answer as to why I am being billed anything as I moved out prior to the date and had a form completed to show that I did. It is unfortunate because while I lived here I didn't have any issues and actually recommended them to several people, however now dealing with this I would recommend to stay far away as now I am going to have to deal with having this cost disputed in other ways since they refuse to work with me.

Brenda (in the office) and Eric (maintenance) are the best staff at Chelsea Commons. Anytime I have an issue they are always there to resolve it. They are both assets to the community and Chelsea Commons are lucky to have them.

Brenda is truly outstanding! She’s always professional, kind, and approachable. No matter the request, she attends to you promptly and with genuine care. Brenda consistently handles everything in a timely and efficient manner, making every interaction a positive experience. Her dedication and warm demeanor do not go unnoticed, she’s an absolute asset and pleasure to work with when you need something done!

I came into the leasing office to inquire about an apartment and I was instantly impressed with how clean and nice the office looked! Ms. Brenda welcomed me with a warm smile and was very patient with me and all my questions about the community. Very helpful! She made me overly interested ! Wonderful lady , wonderful neighborhood!

“Good Community and Comfortable Living!” I’ve really enjoyed my time living here. The apartments are well-maintained, and any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled quickly and professionally. The community is quiet, feels safe. The staff are friendly ( Brenda and Bernice) they genuinely care about the residents. I also appreciate the amenities—like the pool and common areas. Makes it easy to feel at home.
