Aviara Green

I just moved out after living here for almost 2 years, and I really have nothing bad to say about this complex. In our time living here, Aviara Green has been clean, well maintained, quiet, and generally a great place to live. We are sad to go. The apartment was fantastic, clean, modern and did not have a bug problem. The sound insulation is pretty good so you rarely, if ever, hear your neighbors through the walls. Once I got a dog, I did wish that there was a fenced area for him to play or more greenery to walk through since the complex is very small, but that was really our only downside. We loved the pool and for some time, we spent a lot of time there. In general, I appreciated the fact that it was a smaller neighborhood and we really didn't have any bad experiences. The management has been good and the maintenance as well. Like I said, we're sad to go and would not have left if we weren't relocating to a new city. My partner, myself, and our puppy were very happy here! :)

Do NOT do it!!!! You can’t reach anyone at office..no property manager onsite. Office issues linger because you can’t ever get a call back. Residents park in guest parking leading to guests parking in your assigned spots, hallways do not get cleaned as outlined in lease, pool is dirty, unleashed dogs rule the roost, neighbors yell in hallways, trash overflows with bugs, parking lot floods, turnover of office staff is astounding, maintenance staff enters apartments without notice because of incompetent property management and billing of water and sewer is inconsistent. Do yourself a favor and for $120 more live down street in gated community with property management living on premises!

I have lived here and no complaints with maintenance nor management. They have gone far and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as can be! When I call, Hudson has always been so helpful, if they can’t be reached I get a call back the same or next day. They only issue and that’s with residents that don’t understand how to use a trash compactor. Management has tried to be on top of that . I recommend living here

I’m a resident here and while I like living here and enjoy my apartment, getting in touch with the landlord or maintenance is not the greatest and it’s like you have to beg them to do things that they should already be keeping up with. I’ve had a request for almost a month now for a new filter and I haven’t gotten a response or the filter switched yet. And it wasn’t like this the first year I moved into aviara green, as I mentioned overall it’s a good quiet community but getting in touch with someone and communicating needs to be better.

Extremely Unprofessional scheduled a 9 am tour and received a confirmation email of the tour. There’s no leasing office no one came to “greet me.” I’ve called the office multiple times with no answer, but after 15mins of calling, I was told that “they will put in a message that I was there.” I ended up waiting for an hour with no one showing up. This was a huge waste of time as I even explained to the representative that I had work, so I would need to arrive early for a quick tour. After an hour of waiting, I spoke to the property manager over the phone, who claimed that they sent a text message to confirm; however, they could not confirm what phone number they sent the message to. They did not call, email, nothing. If this is how they treat future residents, I can’t imagine how they treat their current tenants.
