This building has a serious fire alarm issue that hasn't been fixed in two years. The owner of the building doesn't care to invest in fixing it. Sometimes the fire alarm goes off for hours. Not to mention, the building always has a horrible trash odor, an elevator is always broken, there is mold and roaches everywhere. Even though it's a non smoking building, someone is always smoking and nothing is done about it. The hallways need serious upgrades but the owner refuses to put a dime into the property. It's a dump of a building and should be bulldozed and redone. When they do - build it at an angle so that EVERY unit can view the intercostal or the ocean, not a parking lot. Has to be the dumbest design.

Do not move here. Full of mold, dust and roaches. They refuse to replace broken air conditioning units. Everything always breaks down and nothing gets fixed. Constantly going through new managers who are never available. It was an nightmare living here. Not worth the view.

This Place is the worst Will And Angela who run the building don’t know what they are doing and are very unprofessional. I live in a 2 bedroom in 703 The person In 707 the 3 bedroom moved out The office asked me if I wanted it I said yes They sent me an email congratulating me and then My partner and I flew from NY to sign the new lease Only to be Told they rented the apartment to some one else How do you let people fly from NY to Florida, buy New furniture, wallpaper etc, hire and meet their contractor to start working on the new apartment only to be told “SORRY” by WILL He rented it to someone else WE ARE MOVING OUT
