Don’t come here. This is acceptable for months across the property. This is attached to my apartment living room. I work from home. I can hear it well into my bedroom and bathroom. I am sensitive to sound. Absolutely the way to torture me literally in my own home.

Alex Fuentes Is great, she is very fast responding to your questions by email plus makes the client feel heard. She is on top or resolving any issues you might encounter and all with a great attitude and a smile.

I moved into Serenity in 2023, and at first, everything was great. Kayla was the property manager, and the place was beautiful, clean, and well taken care of. Maintenance was quick to respond, communication from the office was solid, and I had zero complaints. It honestly felt like a great place to live. But things completely changed in 2024 after I renewed my lease — which I now really regret. A new manager, Rebecca, took over, and the entire community went downhill fast. Dog poop is everywhere now, and power washing only happens twice a year. The excuse? They're “understaffed.” The office barely communicates anymore — you’re lucky if you get a response at all. The pool breaks constantly and can take weeks to reopen. When it is open, it’s overcrowded with college students and guests who don’t even live there, so good luck trying to enjoy it as a paying resident. Maintenance became a nightmare. My dryer broke 4 or 5 times in less than a year, and every time it took weeks to get fixed. There were always new maintenance guys, so I never knew who was coming or when. My living room ceiling fan and light stopped working and it literally took months to get it replaced. I had to constantly follow up and push for any kind of update — it felt like they didn’t care unless I got confrontational. The walls are super thin — you can hear pretty much everything. I lived in the back of the buildings, and that area was always filthy. I asked for it to be pressure washed and was told no, even though it clearly needed it. They also advertise the property as smoke-free it’s not. People smoke all over, and random people walk through the complex at night. On Christmas Eve 2024, police were all over the place because of someone causing a scene. It didn’t feel safe. The gym is nothing special, and the treadmill has been broken for months with no sign of getting fixed. 2023 was amazing thanks to Kayla and Aubrey, but ever since they left, it hasn’t been the same at all. I moved out on April 30, 2025, and as of July 1, I still haven’t gotten my security deposit back. We’ve called, emailed — nothing. Just being ignored. Save yourself the headache. There are way better and newer apartment complexes nearby that actually care about their residents. As of August 26th, 2025, I still have not received my security deposit from the property I moved out of on April 30, 2025. A new property manager is now in charge, but communication has been very difficult. I can rarely reach anyone by phone, and the only times I’ve been able to speak with someone have been when I went to the office in person. The property manager told me she would keep in contact with me, but she has never reached out once.

This scene is from the building 125. The picture on the right was taken just after the renters moved out by the end of May 2024. The apartment still empty. On the left, almost 2 months later, is the trash the Valet service still won’t pick up because the bags are exceeding the weight limit. I went to the rental office to complain. Also wrote an email weeks later, still no action. Serenity is the worst rental community I have ever lived. Obviously they don’t care. Maintenance crew is a joke too. If you have other choices, don’t move there to save yourself from disappointment. I am moving out.

I moved into this brand new complex in mid-November and I could not be happier. The residents are friendly and the staff are attentive. Special shout out to Gloria, the complex manager and Christina, one of the leasing consultants, for making the move-in seamless and pain-free. Brandon, one of the maintenance techs, is attentive and quick to respond to any concerns. The location is convenient, right next to a large shopping center and the Eagle Ridge Mall, but there's virtually no noise due to the complex bring set back on the property. All in all, it's a wonderful experience so far, come check it out!
