Station House at Lake Mary

We really enjoy living here! The location is great, and the community itself is amazing. The apartments make good use of the sq footage as well. Very few complaints overall, and nothing that should make or break you giving the complex a look. Everyone in the office has been great, especially Ashley! We absolutely hate moving and will likely continue to renew here as long as rates stay reasonable!

Beautiful apartments, office and maintenance staff nice. Never had a bug problem, but the floors are paper thin. I lived in apt 201, and the upstairs neighbor and her children were very inconsiderate, and the constant noise was unbearable. I was let out of my lease with no penalties after 4 months in that particular apt…….im not going to remove the apt #. You have other reviews that list the apt # and you didn’t ask them to remove it.

Sam Albright was so welcoming. He took his time to answer all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable about things to do in the area and the best restaurants to try. It was very clean and the staff amazing. The pool is gorgeous. Loved it.

The best first apartment experience! The staff is phenomenal and made my move-in process/stay incredible. Only moving for work otherwise I would stay forever! Maintenance is quick and efficient. Clean amenities that are never crowded! The office also hosts a lot of resident events so you can get to know your neighbors. I recommend living here to everyone! Great spot close to the sunrail, downtown Lake Mary/Sanford, and quick access to the major highways. Thank you for everything!!
