Hats off to Josue Lopez and Carlos with the MAA Lake Mary Maintenance team. Josue helped me with two drainage issues in my bathroom which were not equipment issues but hair clogs. Uggh - the worst! He flushed the lines and remove what was trapped easily and with a smile. I am beyond grateful. Carlos helped me with a power issue in my unit that really stymied me as I had partial power. It was a fuse box issue where one major fuse just wasn't working because it was partially turned on. What I appreciate and admire about this team is their responsiveness, their professionalism, their vast knowledge and their phenomenal attitudes and willingness to make sure the resident is happy. I've lived in a lot of communities in my years and this team is just the best of the best. Carlos and Josue - thank you beyond measure.

I’ve lived at this apartment complex for a few years, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. From day one, the entire process was smooth, professional, and welcoming. The property itself is beautifully maintained — the grounds are always clean, landscaping is well cared for, and common areas are spotless. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled quickly and efficiently, which really shows how much they care about residents. What truly makes this place stand out, though, is the property manager Vicky. She is incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind. The entire Office team is amazing as well! Whether I had questions about my lease, needed assistance with a maintenance issue, or just wanted clarification on something, they were always patient and quick to help. It’s clear they take pride in their work and truly care about creating a positive living environment. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and welcoming place to call home!
