Many residents highlight the community's convenient location with easy access to shops and amenities, appreciating the quiet atmosphere, well-maintained grounds, and responsive maintenance team who often address issues promptly. However, some experience significant disruptions from ongoing construction, including utility outages and loss of amenity access without compensation, alongside concerns about older units potentially leading to higher utility bills and occasional noise transfer from neighbors.

We recently moved to the community. We like it very much; it's very clean and quiet. We've used their maintenance service, and they are very efficient and professional. The staff at the office are also very helpful.

I’ve been here for about 2 months now and honestly have nothing but good things to say! A huge worry is always that staff will treat you differently after move in, but I’m happy to say that has not been the case. The 2 maintenance requests I’ve had were both handled within 24 hours. I’ve also never had a problem reaching the office with any questions or concerns. The community is clean and well kept, in a very convenient location, and is extremely reasonably priced for the square footage you get! Very happy to be a resident here and would recommend this community!
