Waters Ridge Apartments

This is a very nice and kid friendly apartment with all nice and upgraded amenities ,We enjoyed a lot with our kids . Neighborhood is very clean and well maintained. And the front office is really really helpful. Ben is always there to listen and help immediately. He kept everything smooth with our leasing process. We highly appreciate his efforts in managing everything for the residents. Maintainance team is really great and respectful. Anyone will love living in waters ridge. We highly recommend it.

Never regretted one moment signing my lease with Waters Ridge Apartments. Very quiet and clean complex. Units are very large, updated appliances and clean. My daughter and I been here for a little over a year and have no complaints. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Ben, our property manager, is very attentive to your needs. If you have an issue he will fix it. I recommend this place whole heartedly to new residents! Love, love, love, Waters Ridge !

Found this location after coming to Jacksonville and reviewing MANY apartments. The family and quiet atmosphere is honestly what has kept me in addition to the staff between the office and maintenance (Ben has been my go to, but Lina has been very sweet also). The size of my apartment was also an easy deal breaker compared to many in the area. I haven’t needed much maintenance work but by the time it’s requested and I’m back from work, it’s always been completed. Pest control is available and I have found using it as a preventative service has kept me from the negative experiences in other reviews. 2 years in and don’t have any complaints

This residence is very quiet and pleasant, I feel happy to live here, the apartments are very nice and large, the pool is always clean, the staff is very friendly and attentive, they are always willing to help and make you feel important, especially Ben, he is always attentive to anything you need.

I certainly don't do reviews but this one I needed to do. Please don't believe everything negative that you read. I read the reviews for this apartment complex as well and was very hesitant in living here. I have lived here going on my second year and I have had NO major issues. They are very amazing when it comes to maintenance. I have had my toilet seat broken, my washer and dryer not working and they did not hesitate to get them fixed. I am very happy with my apartment. Pest control comes every time I requested them and they do an awesome job as well. As humans we can never be fully pleased but they deserve five stars because I pay my rent and they provide excellent service. So no complaints here. The apartment are big and spacious. I love living here!
