Volta Apartments

There’s people playing some type of tennis game outside where the cars are. They’re going to hit someone’s car and break a window! The apartment is great and quiet, but this is unacceptable. Anyone could walk in and do this!

I love living here! The neighbors are lovely, and the property is always spotless! The manager is always available to answer any questions. The maintenance service is amazing! It's such a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The unit is designed to feel like a house inside—I love it! I highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful experience touring an apartment when I went to the apartment complex last Saturday. Lisa was incredibly kind, competent, and professional. I’ve been a long-time resident at Volta Apartments and I can honestly say the difference since the new staff took over has been noticeable. Change takes time, but you can truly feel and see the improvement throughout the entire community. Lisa, Ariana, and Karen in the office have been amazing — always professional, welcoming, attentive, and willing to help. They’ve created a much better atmosphere for residents and it shows in the way the property is being managed today. The maintenance staff also deserves recognition for their hard work and dedication. The property is cleaner, work orders are handled better, and the community overall feels much more cared for. It’s refreshing to see a team that genuinely puts effort into improving the resident experience. Little by little, the positive changes have made a big difference, and it definitely does not go unnoticed. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and professionally managed place to live in Jacksonville. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
