Overall, I had a nice experience meeting with Angela. Everything met my expectations with amenities and as far as living on Riverside(location) The only issue was that none of the drink stations had cups or milk available, which was a bit inconvenient. Hopefully that’s something that can be kept stocked in the future once I officially move in.

::::::Don’t move here :::::: The people that live here are great. The location is great. Management is awful. A month ago I returned to my room at midnight to find that due to a programming error with my key fob I was locked out of my apartment overnight until maintenance reprogrammed and replaced the fob the following morning. I made four attempts to contact emergency maintenance through the number I was given. Ranging from midnight to 4 o’clock in the morning to which they never answered or returned any of my four voicemails. I was finally able to regain access after 9 AM in the morning, the maintenance man reprogrammed my key and apologize for the error that was on their part saying that they accidentally programmed me with a duplicate account. Did not sleep a single second in my car in mid June while I waited all night, missed the next day of work due to the circumstances. Spoke with Anna the property manager. Who said they would “look into it.” Both, them accidentally kicking me out of my room and would also give me an update on the emergency maintenance line situation. Have made multiple email attempts to try and gain clarification on the incident and ensure something like this doesn’t happen again to which I have been completely ignored Managed to see Anna today in person to which she tried to deflect her not responding to my email or addressing the situation to Trey being fired… And her having more work now… Joe is seemingly the only staff member who even remotely cared. Don’t move here unless you want to be randomly kicked out of your living space whenever they make a mistake and decide not to take accountability. Also moved me into a unit with no AC and broken appliances…. All documented by the way. Management if you have any questions, ask me and I will send over all documentation… Calls, emails, etc.

We moved in about four months ago, and our experience has been amazing! From the very beginning, Joe made us feel welcome. He gave us our tour, answered all of our questions, and made the entire leasing process easy and stress-free. Since we have moved in, Joe has continued to be incredibly attentive. Anytime we have had a question or needed something addressed, he has been quick to respond and always follows through. Great customer service like his makes a huge difference The community itself is great. It’s friendly, well-maintained, and the amenities are awesome! Highly recommend Vista Brooklyn!

Joe at the Leasing desk answered all questions and was very helpful thru the whole process, even though they seemed understaffed he seemed to have everything under control, and special thanks to him for making the process smooth.

JOE'S THE BEST! everythings mad clean, super social & events monthly. the leasing office was super understaffed, but Joe handled everything with class & grace. got me my lease & move in was smooth. shoutout joe.
