Villas on the Hill

Too many thugs and crazy people live at this place. I saw a young lady who was almost shot by another tenant and that guy continued to threaten tenants with his gun, but never shoots. This is the 3rd time this guy used his firearm to intimidate the tenants at Villas On The Hill, and they continue to allow that man to live there. They do not care about the tenants and their wellbeing.

The property manager was extremely helpful and kind. She helped me with all of the questions I had about renting here.

This is honestly irritating and frustrating. When I first moved into these apartments, it was peaceful, quiet, and felt safe. Now it’s constant chaos. The police are regularly here due to ongoing issues caused by some residents, and there’s always some type of disturbance or mess. What’s most upsetting is that it feels like management is not taking these issues seriously. Tenants deserve a safe, clean, and peaceful place to live this should be the bare minimum. I hate that it’s come to this, but at this point I’m strongly considering moving. If nothing changes, I’m seriously considering contacting the news because this situation should not be ignored. Something really needs to change.

I’ve been living here for over two years and never had issues until now. They’re trying to charge me $250 more than what my rent is supposed to be, and no one is fixing it. I’ve called, texted, and emailed multiple times and keep getting the same response every time. It’s honestly stressful and unfair.
