Villas At Dames Point Crossing Apartments

We just moved here about a couple of weeks ago, and Georgia & Lauren has been very helpful with the entire process, going above & beyond. Maintenance has done a good job with responding to service requests. However, the parking is not great. With a smaller community such as this, each unit should have at least one assigned parking spot to help. It’s a quiet community for the most part, but the neighbor above me continues to be a nuisance, which I have made the office aware of a few times. If you know your household is loud, full of people and kids, don’t move to a 2nd or 3rd floor. Valet is good - the amenities are small, but overall decent community so far. Much better than where I previously lived.

Leasing process was smooth but all the lies are coming to light. First issue is that we were told all units are sound proof due to the complex being located right off of 295, we hear cars all night long and cops are called monthly over the noise! Second, we were told by Georgia that the hotel next door is NOT an extended stay. This was a very important factor in our decision because of safety, turns out it is an APARTMENT HOTEL! Called the front desk and found that people live there for MONTHS!!!! On top of that our gate has been broken for over 2 months and there is a ton of homeless people walking around our complex. Third issue is the amenities, the grill provided is falling apart. The inside has completely fallen in which I’m not sure if that is even safe to use! The grill is on a paved area with nothing else, no tables, chairs or umbrellas. The car washing station requires payment as if I’m not already paying for the amenities ?!

I had such a wonderful experience working with Georgia! From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and truly made me feel valued. Her professionalism and genuine care made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. I cannot wait to move in, and I’m so grateful for all of Georgia’s help.
