I have lived at Harbortown Apartments for three years, and the current staff is by far the best the community has had during that time. It is refreshing to finally have a team that is consistently kind, polite, competent, and organized. They communicate professionally, handle concerns efficiently, and genuinely seem to care about the residents and the community. Their positive attitude and attention to detail have made a noticeable difference in the overall experience of living here. Harbortown is operating better than I have ever seen it, and the current staff (Cami, Mimi, & Tamaya) deserves a great deal of credit for that improvement. I truly appreciate everything they are doing and highly recommend them!

Gabe Barrera, maintenance technician, has been the highlight of our recent move-in experience. This hardworking man was so busy, I thought he must be a supervisor! Gabe’s efforts and professionalism have helped me transition my 95-year-old mother into our new home, and I am extremely grateful.
