The Vale at Courtney Meadows has been my home for 9 years. The recent ownership change has been super positive. The management has finally acknowledged long term residents deserve some upgrades too. I love the upgrades done to my bath and kitchen. Amyah and Jaramey in the office are always available to help and always with a smile. I have never really had a serious maintenance issue but my minor issues have been dealt with promptly and professionally. I highly recommend residency at The Vale.

Current resident, just signed new lease for another year. I moved from out of state last year and everything was done before I arrived. Moved in with no issues. I went through Jamarey for everything. With the new group I can talk with anyone and everything is handled. Amyah is always smiling and helpful. Joelene is awesome! The office is always friendly and ready to assist. The upgrade is annoying at times but it is going well. I love the new look and changes. Ready for them to be done of course. Lol 😂 Its quiet and the size of the apartment is worth the price. I would recommend anyone to do a tour.

I recently moved in July 6th and my experience has been great! Amyah helped me get into my new place and made the process super smooth/seamless. I have had a few maintenance things and the team has been SO EFFICIENT! Erry is amazing! Community is quiet and clean. I would recommend!!!
