The Reserve At James Island

I am currently living at this condo complex and have had a great experience. The property is always very clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Community Managers Josh and Ezlin are both very nice, professional, and extremely helpful whenever anything is needed. They truly care about the residents and do a great job managing the community. I would definitely recommend living here! Paul

Walls are thin and no noise isloate,you can hear toilt flushings and neighbors talking ….vents are connected…you can even smell neighbors cooking and smoking… our worst nightmare was the cockroaches infestation,we tried everything for our apartment nothing worked,cockroaches were everywhere in all building you can walk through buildings and see cockroaches everywhere in the corridors.. the apartment under us was empty and the alarm went off for days we reported the problem to the office they finally opened it after couple of days and found water leaking and mold eveywhere, they said. They can’t get ahold of the owner,, they kept it like that until we decided to move out,,, in summary:the office don’t care
