The Point at Town Center

Deandre came over to fix our AC unit that wasn’t working right within minutes… for an after hours request! Very efficient maintenance team at The Point. The property manager Elliot is also very professional and responsive!

I’m sorry, but the lady who gave us a tour absolutely ruined whatever this place could’ve been. She made a face, and asked me and my husband if we were going to live together (two men). I’m curious why does that matter to the tour or showing of the apartment? Had 5 other tours the same day and not one asked that question. And you know why, because they could wait to get our IDs and see we have the same last name… Does she ask that for every man and a woman looking for an apartment together?? Be for real.

Getting right to 'the point'~ pun intended~😉 The community is awesome, office team & maintenance are highly responsive, the area is perfect access to shopping, dining, etc. It's walking friendly, well lit, quiet & clean. The interior is modern and the amenities have a quiet elegance that's well presented. 💛 Elliott provided an excellent tour & outstanding introduction to the community ~ he has such class, grace & presence, very memorable from the 1st inquiry. The follow-up, clear understanding of needs & collaboration to make things flow effortlessly is a super power. 👌 Holly & Liz~ Service Excellence! No question goes unanswered. Outstanding leadership 👏 The maintenance team runs like a well-oiled machine. Clean entry/ exit, the follow-up is on point [pun intended, again] - the communication is clear and timely. ☀️ AI friendly- Oliver [my bestie] has got you covered with just about everything. 🥰✨️ This place is a little slice of paradise minutes from almost everything!
