Resumen de reseñas con IA
While some residents have had positive experiences with individual staff members and appreciate the community's quiet areas and amenities like the pool and gym, several consistent concerns emerge. Many reviews highlight significant issues with property maintenance, including frequent problems with overflowing trash, unaddressed mold and mildew, and pest infestations. Additionally, the functionality of community gates and timely responses to maintenance requests, especially for emergencies, appear to be recurring frustrations for some residents.

I decided to rent this apartment (2Bed/2Bath) one year ago. I have finally moved my family out and I highly recommend you do not rent from this property. The staff (Jada and Eric - "Managers") do absolutely nothing to assist you and I've never encountered such unprofessional behavior especially coming from "Management". I have attached photos of what the trash area looks like 24/7 and yet, you are required to take your own trash to this area and pay a $15-$25 fee every month for trash. You also pay a community fee for a pool which is closed most of the time and an area for gathering which is often left trashed and unsafe. I am a single parent with two small children, as are a lot of families in the area. This is not a good neighborhood for children. Yes, many of the neighbors were amazing, however the staff did not keep up the property nor the parking lot maintenance. 6 months into living at this property I got multiple calls from staff over a week period asking me "are you still interested in living with us?" As if they had no record of me living there. Maintenance came to my apartment ONCE during my entire year and this was not by choice. I was home alone and I heard banging on my door so loud everyone on the first floor opened their door. To a man demanding "who left trash in the front of the building?". I always took my trash to the designated area and also took my elderly neighbors trash as well. I told him he was scaring me and I shut the door, after I called the office and they did absolutely nothing but told me to "Get a ring camera for outside next time". Next time??? The front gate is NEVER working properly, yet you still pay for a gate card and fee each month for this "gated community". The buildings are filled with mold. If you do rent here, keep your AC on low especially if you rent 2-3 stories. Big side note: they do not have back doors. Isn't that odd? No balconies or back doors so if there's an emergency, the front door is all you have. Below is a photo from the Management after I moved out, stating how clean the apartment was and how I would receive the full deposit back. I did NOT receive it. I got back --$85.00 due to fees "unexplained". I did not even hang anything on the walls because I wanted to get my full deposit. They have NOT contacted me back despite my attempts to go to the office, calling and emailing --finally reaching out to corporate with still no resolution. Do not rent here.

Mold/mildew in my apartment they treat the symptoms but not the real true cause of the problem and as I was told that I needed to clean more but I’m not the issue I’ve been here 3 months plus a few days more so how is it that I’ve cause this problem when I just move in and walked into this problem make it make sense because that really doesn’t compute or make any logical sense to me. I’m so frustrated and aggravated because I can’t live in my home comfortably I have underlying health issues plus my grand daughter has had heart surgery in these few months she has had nosebleeds that wake her up at night and on top of all this I have voiced my concerns to management BUT it seems to go unheard because I’m on HUD this issue is a health code violation according to the lease.
