We toured we loved we moved in!! Going on our first year of living here and were glad we made this our new home when we moved to Jacksonville. Maintance staff is fast and efficient. Rachael & Diana always take care of the residents. And they always have great events for the resident and the kids. I cant wait for spring time to see what we are doing this year!

I have lived here for almost two years and I love it! Family friendly great office staff. Community is great for kids, and its located in a great spot in Jacksonville

The Park at Trapany apartments are beautiful 😍 I had such an Amazing and rewarding experience with Crystal from the time I walked in to the time we finish doing my lease! I can't wait to be a part of this awesome community!! Tiktok did the justice 😅and I couldn't be more happy 😁🙏🏽🫶🏽

I love The Park at Trapani. Great views and location. Rachael, the manager, goes above and beyond. My packages got delivered to the wrong store, and she personally went to retrieve them and placed them at my door while I was at work! What a caring manager. Thank you, Rachael! Brad also does excellent maintenance, When he says he’s going to do something he gets it done!

Living here has truly been amazing!! Super quiet super clean grounds and amenities amazing staff. I love that they do things for the community and most importantly take great care of their tenants needs as well. If something is wrong they jump into action and get it fixed!!
