Management charges everyone for trash left outside of trash compactor without verifying who did it. Just charged everyone so they make some money.

“I had an outstanding experience at the Park at Avellino thanks to Chris. He was incredibly professional, very articulate, and made everything simple to understand. He explained the rates, deposit, and every step of the approval process clearly. The entire experience was welcoming and warm, and I left thinking, ‘Wow.’ Highly recommend working with him!”

First time actually coming by Park at Avellino. I’ve heard good things about the area. The tour with the leasing consultant Christopher was amazing. He was very helpful and friendly durning the touring experience. Will give the overall impression a 10/10 recommendations for others 😁

⭐☆☆☆☆ I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I lived here for one year, and my experience was very disappointing. The overall quality of living was poor, and management was not helpful when issues came up. The biggest problem is that they still have not returned my security deposit, even after I moved out and followed up multiple times. It's been months with no resolution. If you're looking for a place that treats tenants fairly and professionally, I suggest looking elsewhere.
