Work in property management in Jacksonville. Been living here for three years and could not be happier with my living situation. Paying some of the lowest rent in the market and receiving top notch service from the current management company. Maintenance requests get responded to within two days, if not one. Amenities include basketball court, chalk zone, pools, and gorgeous lake that I walk around every morning. What else could I ask for. Keep up the great work!
