The Hudson at Deerwood Park

We toured here today and to say it was one of the worst tours I’ve ever received the lady who gave us the tour never gave us her name. We gave her a budget she went way over range she just kept saying well this place will sell itself… not very professional

You will never get any maintenance done, ever, no matter how much you follow up lol, to be clear I don't think it's the fault of the actual maintenance team, but the slow and unresponsive front office. You can call 5 times and then walk in and they are just sitting there ignoring it. They do not respond to texts or voice mails 95% of the time. The pools are usually dirty and the hot tub has never worked since living here. I cannot tell you how many times they have failed to properly notate issues or follow up on promises. Pretty rude personalities too for the most part. Just not a good team. Hopefully this year they will make changes to their team and it'll be better.

I've had a great experience here, the management is really helpful especially Jinez she was really handy in getting our lease signed up. We had great walkarounds and got to inspect everyone unit we were interested in. Very good service.

Jinez was absolutely amazing throughout our apartment search! She helped my husband and me find the apartment we’re living in now, and we couldn’t be happier. This is the best apartment complex that I ever moved to! Before move in, Jinez was very helpful during my tour of the apartment as well as very informative about the apartment complex. Also, the amenities are very nice at the apartment complex too!
