Update 1/2026: still a great geographical location. Noise has improved. There is no incentive for being a loyal resident. Management will provide renewal specials to some residents but definitely not those of a certain demographic. Major safety issues currently going on. Anyone can enter the garage during the daytime as someone can “not be there to surveillance it all day” per the office staff. Apartment is modern and nice but walls are paper thin. Can hear individuals walking throughout the hallway and my bathroom and bedroom walls are constantly vibrating due to noisy neighbors. I live on the top floor so it’s unlikely the sound is coming from beneath me.
