New here but my problem is not reading the full lease agreement, I've always had one bill from jea with light water and sewage , now I have to pay a monthly utility fee plus garbage , my 5 stat rating is to the staff but one star for the difference in the rent from the rent app to what my ACTUAL rent is which i did not budget for, the place is quite, peaceful, yard is well maintained, highly recommend
