The Four at Deerwood Luxury Apartments

The management staff of Greystar are fantastic. The Maintenance Team are awesome! They all make living here a joy. The location is incredibly convenient and central to Jacksonville. Fitness and casual walking the block and beautiful lake here are unmatched, day or night. Sky watching is incredible there, and watching the wildlife. We like running and walking for fitness here, it is like a park with nearby office properties. The beautiful apartments are very comfortable and quiet off the main path of Gate Parkway, though, close to St John's Town Center. And it is a 10 minute highway drive to Jax Beach. It is like living on vacation every day, to be honest, which is exactly what we were hoping for. We, obviously, highly recommend The Four at Deerwood to anyone wanting to live this easy, comfortable, safe, and convenient lifestyle.

I’ve been living here for 10 months and my washing machine has broken 9+ times my piping underneath my kitchen sink has become unusable. I also had a flooding experience caused by that. Not only that I have had cigarettes flicked on my head due to living on the ground floor and beer cans tossed towards my way on my own patio on the first floor. It has taken them countless multiple ridiculous amounts of times to fix my issues here. Other than that, all I can say is my bed is comfortable and the pool is nice when I’m not getting disturbed by people that wanna flick cigarettes on my head and throw a beer can at me and stare at me so I highly recommend you find another apartment complex before you make the wrong decision. The gym is inadequate. Mailboxes are very unattainable. I am not satisfied.
