The Evergreen Club Apartments

I just moved in last Thursday. Meka was instrumental in giving me a tour, helping me apply for my current unit, and getting repairs taken care of right away. I love how spacious and clean the unit is. The location is great and am happy to begin my living journey at Evergreen club :)

Great apartments! A big thank you to Angel, who helped me as I moved long distance. She also kept in touch with me while traveling! I moved into these apts site unseen and was pleasantly surprised with the very large rooms and layout. I have observed Angel more than once going around the property and paying special attention to parking violations and other situations that might become a danger to other tenants--she really cares. A thank you also to Taneshia, who answered questions by phone more than once, and she escorted me to my new apt upon arrival. Love the signs on property for being residents; also, all employees wave to the tenants, wow!

Evergreen Apartments is such a pleasant place to stay. Quiet community, great staff, and fairly priced. Jackie, Angel, Zack and Gani are all great people. Its close to the highway and all the best places to shop and eat in Jax! Good deal!

I have lived at Evergreen two separate times. When I came back to Jacksonville I also moved back to Evergreen Club. The office and maintenance people are wonderful. They are friendly and on top of things. Even though the apartments are older they are nice. The bedroom is very large and the screened in porch added a lot. I really enjoyed the pool. The neighbors are nice and things are pretty quiet. I never heard a dog bark even though the are permitted. The rent seemed quite reasonable. Check them out.

I’ve lived here for a month and the complex is so peaceful and well taken care of. Neighbors all seem very nice and calm. The gals at the office, specifically Angel, have all been super helpful and pleasant to work with. I’ve met 2/3 of the maintenance men and they were both so sweet. They’ve worked with the office to help with any initial maintenance requests in a timely manner, which I’ve really appreciated. The rooms are spacious, with lots of windows/natural light. Screened in patios. The gym is stocked with everything you’d need, pool is always clean. I toured 10 different complexes before moving here and I’m so happy I picked this one!
