The Drake at Deerwood

I have just moved into the property over a week ago now the staff is amazing and has been very responsive to any needs that I have come up. I would highly recommend this property to any individuals looking in this area.

I've been with this community for a year now and have nothing but praise 👏 for the maintenance. They were quick to respond and did a suburb job of rescreening my porch and bringing my refrigerator back to life. My recent relocation to my hometown and family brought me to The Drake at Deerwood. In the 5 months I've lived here I've had nothing but superior support and loving hospitality from the leasing agent Brie Balok. The sincere compassion shown by her and the Assitant Manager Ashley have made this life changing transition feel like I've truly come home! Another satisfied resident with the quick service from maintenance (Jose)!! Another great save on the A/C with little time to wait. Thank you Jose and Assitant.

im on my second lease term with the drake. i had little to no issues with the management team before they switched a few months ago. now i dont get any updates like they tell me. i go to the office to talk to anyone to get updates about the honeybees in the wall. and the roach issue i have been having for months. but no one seemed to ever have an answer and it was always i am waiting for the manger to get in the office. i didn’t use my kitchen for two going on three months because of it. i asked for the treatment they did and ashley told me “it was a big fee” as if having to eat out every meal isn’t. they still have yet to get back to me about compensation for dealing with the roaches. when i did ask for corprthe maintenance team is awesome very on top of everything and kind.

I am very disappointed with my experience living at Drake at Deerwood.One of my biggest concerns is the lack of responsiveness to maintenance requests. I have submitted service requests multiple times, only to have them ignored or left unresolved. It is frustrating to feel like residents' concerns are not being taken seriously. At the same time, when residents make a mistake due to the ongoing parking shortage, management seems to act immediately. Our vehicle was towed after being parked in front of a garage because there were no available parking spaces. As residents who are required to park within the gated community, it feels unfair that towing enforcement is so quick while maintenance issues are repeatedly overlooked. The overall cleanliness of the property is also a major concern. The pool area is often dirty, and the community as a whole does not appear to be maintained to the standard that residents should expect. Another serious issue is the trash management. The designated trash area is frequently overflowing, which attracts flies and creates unpleasant conditions. The constant accumulation of trash also contributes to pest problems, including German cockroaches in the apartments. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve maintenance response times, parking accommodations, cleanliness, waste management, and pest control. Residents deserve a clean, safe, and well-maintained community.
