Once again Billy did a fantastic job! Bill is the best maintenance professional I have ever had, better than any apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. He is always polite,informative, friendly and helpful he always fixes whatever the problem is and he always has a positive attitude. He is a stellar person who takes pride in his work and our community. Thank you Billy I wish more people were like you! Happy New Year 😊 01/22/26…. I have to update this review… Tony did a fantastic job fixing my stove. He was polite,friendly and helpful. I put the work order in the same day and as always the maintenance department came in and fixed the problem in record time. Thank you Tony you did a great job 👏

Moved from overseas in February. Tiffany made the transition very easy as this was my first time renting. I'm very happy that this complex was recommended to me. Everyone is very considerate and I can't even say enough words about the maintenance + leasing team. They're awesome and they take care of issues as soon as you submit a work order. Anytime I've needed anything, I've felt very comfortable walking into the office for questions or concerns. Again, Tiffany has been awesome. She's on top of her game!! Location, parking, and unit is highly recommended.

Art is consistently excellent with all work orders. Art , Billy and Tony maintenance team should be called the A Team.
