Maintenance is next level, and thatâs the ONlY positive. Be weary of changes they make to tax you. Or if your friendâs unit bathroom, almost caves in from upstairs unit, they say âlet it dryâ. License on your boat or golf carts? Still donât know difference and want to tax 100 a month. Whoever is in charge made a huge mistake. If any one has questions please let me know.
