Jessica and her entire team deserve every one of these five stars! It’s clear how much pride they take in their community, and it shows in everything they do. The office team is incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. Jessica’s leadership is evident in the positive atmosphere and exceptional level of customer service her team provides. The maintenance team also deserves recognition for their hard work and dedication. They do an outstanding job keeping the community looking its best, and it’s obvious they genuinely care about the property and the people they serve. The community itself is absolutely beautiful—well-maintained, clean, and inviting. From the landscaping to the overall appearance, it’s easy to see the attention to detail and commitment to excellence. MOLD! MOLD! Stay as far away from this apartment complex as possible. The duct for the dryer (provided by the apartment) vent was never installed which caused mold to grow EVERYWHERE (on all my clothes, shoes, and furniture). The management of the apartment complex was unwilling to help and laughed in my face when I asked for help getting the apartment cleaned. I even paid money out of my own pocket to get a mold inspection so I could prove to management that it was inhabitable. No luck. I had to live elsewhere while continuing to pay rent. Please know that if you have any issues you will be ignored and laughed at. This caused me extreme financial and emotional heartache. I honestly hope this deters anyone from signing a lease here as there are many other lovely places in the area. Stay away!

They're pretty sneaky. We just moved out after living in the apartment. It's an ok community with a problem of cleanliness & cockroaches. As you can see, they'll attempt to charge you $500 for trash? (We pay valet trash services) and broken blinds? Pretty shady.

i miss living here lol. staff are nice, people who live there are kind , the area is safe, it’s clean!! . the mold situation there is real but the staff did get rid of mine in my unit which i’m shocked lmao bc many people say mold doesn’t go away and took good care of my unit to prevent from mold growing. and switched products.and it did take some time to get rid of but staff do their best to get to everyone’s work / complaints. i believe these staff shouldn’t get the blame as they have many work & concerns to do on a daily. I would hope one day the person who owns this building does something about the mold.Amazing place tho💗

Had a very pleasant experience touring the property. Mack was extremely professional and helpful! He was happy to answer all my questions. Property is very nice. Great location!
