Steele Creek

My thermostat tripped my A/C off just as I went to turn it down. I called the emergency maintenance phone number a little after 11 pm. Almost immediately I recieved a text saying someone would be there in about 30 minutes. Jesse showed up within that time period, assessed the situation and fixed the problem. I could not have been more pleased with the quick response and Jesse's professional manner and necessary skills to resolve the problem.

Looked few apartments but I got worst experience only at Steele Creek. Leasing consultant didn't show any other part of community except the apartment. Rent is too high based on the apartment features. Would not consider to rent at this place.

After living here for a while, I can confidently say this is my honest review of Steele Creek. The property is absolutely beautiful, the management team is fantastic, and Phil is incredibly professional, understanding, and always willing to help. Maintenance has been amazingly responsive and quick to take care of anything that comes up. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and truly one of the most beautiful properties in Jacksonville. The pool area is, quite literally, the prettiest I’ve seen in all of Jacksonville. I’m truly going to miss calling Steele Creek home. Thank you all for making my time here such a positive experience. I sincerely appreciate everything you’ve done.

The staff at Steele Creek is absolutely amazing. I looked at serval place to call home and I am glad I choice here as my new home.

I don’t recommend coming here. The staff were really rude to us and not helpful. I saw dead bugs when touring the places. The apartment complex is at a bad location. You will be sitting at the light FOREVER all the time. I would choose somewhere else 100%! Do not recommend it here! The front office were very rude and had attitude all the time, every time I tried to talk to them. The small stature white office staff lady was at the pool and the office door said we will be right back but she was just at the pool hanging with her friends. That was very disappointing when I was needing help. My apartment had mold in the washer and on the ceiling and nothing was fixed. The shower head upon moving in was dirty and gross. There was only two lights working in the master and had two different colored bulbs. In the hallway there were dead bugs. And mouse poop. It was not clean place. There was trash left by the elevators for multiple days and nothing was done. The security gate at the front has been broken and not been fixed.
