St. John's Forest Apartments

My mother stays here I don’t but I spend a lot of time at her apartment. It’s suppose to be gated it is not. Back gate is always broke there’s a roach problem hallways are dirty neighbors leave trash outside their door management should enforce a trash fee.. back pool is not cared for like the front main pool it’s always dirty. Neighbors throw parties at the pool loud all night for all the money u pay u can get something cleaner and a tab bit nicer no shade

diamond is amazing, kindly walked me through the process & was patient with us when we asked multiple questions. she just handled herself with so much class

We just moved to these apartments the process was so smooth thanks to Sophia. she is absolutely wonderful. The apartments are nice and clean and the complex itself is beautiful. There’s two pools, tennis court, and so much more. The staff are super helpful and make you feel welcome. If you’re looking for a nice quiet and beautiful home definitely give st.johns forest a look!! You will not regret it!

Everything about this apartment complex sucks !! Do NOT rent here! You’re being taxed to stay in the projects !!! They have a BAD insect problem and I mean BAD. .. There’s always something , lol even the pool is always dirty always looking run down. There’s water leaking from walls , and I’m not the only tenant with that problem . They tell you and promise you all this stuff in the leasing office and then for some reason that’s not how it goes once you signed the dotted lines. I’d rather stay on 45th and MONCRIEF ! Can not wait until it’s over

I cannot say enough good things about St. Johns Forest Apartments. I enjoyed my experience living there very much. One of the people who makes living there worthwhile is Ms. Sophia Williams, the Assistant Manager. She is a genuinely kind and caring person, and she goes out of her way to help the residents. I am speaking from personal experience when I say this. The management of St. Johns Forest Apartments is very fortunate to have Ms. Williams as part of their staff. I will always be grateful that I had the opportunity to get to meet her and know her. I highly recommend St. Johns Forest Apartments, and anyone who chooses to live there will have the incredible opportunity to get to know Ms. Williams personally.
