Spyglass Apartments - A Luxury Community

I can't say enough great things about the office staff and especially the maintenance staff. I had an issue today and called the emergency line before the office opened and within an hour of submitting my request the issue was resolved. Great care was taken to clean up the debris after the work was finished and as always the entire team was so polite, professional, and helpful. Thank you all for actually caring about the property, the residents, and going above and beyond.

I’ve had a great experience at Aventon Soraya, and I especially want to recognize Mr. Luis from the maintenance team. He is always kind, respectful, and professional. Whenever I’ve needed assistance, he has responded quickly and completed the job with care and attention to detail. His positive attitude and dedication truly make a difference and help make this community a better place to live. Thank you, Mr. Luis, for your outstanding service and hard work. It is greatly appreciated!

Unsafe packages stolen

They are a true gem 💎 ✨️ because they even have townhouses on the property with the apartments on the outside. Plus plenty of parking, parking garage, pool, gym , dog bathing station, and so much more. I haven't left because there no play like spyglass
