Springs at Flagler Center Apartments

We have been here 2 weeks and its so amazing. Sure the train is loud, but you know where you are moving before you even move in. If you dont like the train or traffic, dont move here. So far though, this place has gotten my 5 star approval! Maintenance was super nice and quick to fix a minor light issue. I couldnt ask for more!!

Renting an apartment with Dre has been a great experience. He is reliable, responsive, and always helpful whenever anything comes up. Communication has been smooth, and he genuinely cares about making sure everything runs well. I would highly recommend renting with him

Terrible community location. It's extremely crappy location because it's located by the road. Also, near the railroad. Trains run very frequently, even at night, and honk right in front of the windows because the community is at a crossroads. The staff doesn't answer email questions or hardly ever; they often ignore you. I don't recommend this place for renting an apartment if quiet is important to you. When a train passes, everything shakes. There's no playground for children, but there is a dog park. Discrimination. When I moved in, there was hair from the previous tenant in the bathroom. There was also shaving hair near the sink. The area near the windows was unwashed and dusty. There was also a lot of dust on the upper surfaces. I don't recommend it. They also have errors in the system that try to impose additional charges without any information as to why. And also I haven’t my received deposit back. Also my first negative experience for the first time. Avoid this place!

I just moved in and Dre Ducksworth made the process so easy and simple! His personality made me feel right at home. He was able to answer all of my questions quickly and made me feel very welcomed.

The leasing staff at Springs at Flagler Center are truly exceptional. Matt and Dre have been consistently helpful, professional, and quick to assist with any questions or needs I’ve had. What really sets this community apart is the genuine sense of support and care. I recently relocated my mom, who is wheelchair‑dependent, and needed to transfer into a larger ADA‑compliant unit. Matt immediately stepped in, showed me a suitable unit, and guided me through the entire process with patience and clarity. I also want to highlight the maintenance team—Max and Jay are fantastic. They’ve been friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful in getting my mom and me settled into our new space. The property itself is well kept, and you can tell the staff and maintenance team take real pride in it. And yes—it’s an actually gated community, with a gate that works. That alone deserves a shout‑out. On top of all that, the location is convenient, with easy access to 295 and close to everything you might need. Overall, it’s been a great experience and a community I’m genuinely grateful to be part of.
