Southside Villas

Have been here at Southside Villas since July. Lots of amenities and nice apartment. Mostly very quiet complex. Plenty of parking, pool area kept up well. Michelle response quickly and very friendly. You will enjoy it here!!!!

Michelle was profesional and very efficient throughout the apartment search. The apartment is wonderful, and I’m really sad I didn’t rent it because it’s a bit far from my work. I truly recommend her to anyone looking for great service.

I had a fantastic experience working with Michelle From the very beginning, she was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. she made the entire tour process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions promptly and walking me through every step with patience and clarity. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about helping you find the right place, and michelle went above and beyond. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home! i was also recommended to her being that she had alot of knowledge on her property and her smile and happiness was awesome.

Yesena Cabrera was amazing, super helpful and informative! Her inviting welcome made it so easy to decide on my future home. Aside from the great amenities the options are great and pricing is reasonable! The environment is inviting and close to good schools which makes it a great place to bring your family to!

Do not move here. 0 stars if i could. After moving in on day 1, i immediately had regrets. i was there for 1 week before i broke my lease. for starters, they gave me an inhabitable unit. cockroach infested, BLACK MOLD, and the unit was not cleaned. Below are photos of the black mold that was in my dishwasher, shower knob, & air vents. i found about 20 cockroaches on day 1. they didn't even bother to clean the floors before i moved in, below is a picture of my dirty foot after just one hour of walking around barefoot. they also didn't bother removing the mold before i moved in. not only was the unit disgusting, i received the landlord special. my peephole was painted over, the shower tile & tub were painted over, the doors were painted over with dust still on them. the front door was missing a latch and wouldn't shut properly. the garbage can they provided me was already filled with trash. i wrote numerous emails to them starting at day one. they denied that their was black mold, even after seeing the photos. I requested a mold specialist to come and investigate and they sent some guy who said on video, he wasn't certified in inspecting mold! then to top it all off, i signed up for automatic payments so i wouldn't have to worry about it on move in & when i got there they said i needed a cashiers check for my first months rent. they sent an email 3 days prior to me moving in that i could pay online, which is why i signed up for the automatic payment. i was never told it needed to be a cashiers check. so sure enough i went to the bank, gave them a cashiers check, and then they proceeded to withdraw my automatic payment. i called and they said "this has never happened before." its hard to believe im the only person who has signed up for automatic payments. so, i got two months rent withdrawal from my account in one day. seriously this place is a joke!! it was my first time moving into an apartment as well, so save yourself the trouble and avoid southside villas!!!
